This scorecard is an educational wellbeing tool, not a medical assessment. Your answers are stored only to generate and email your result.

If you ask us to email your result, we add your name and email to our mailing list (managed by GetResponse) and tag it with your overall score band so our follow-up emails are relevant. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how people find and use this scorecard and to improve our advertising. This may set cookies and share usage events (such as page views and completing the scorecard) with Meta. Your quiz answers are never shared with Meta. See Meta's privacy policy for how they handle this data.
