A five-minute wellbeing scorecard
Are You Broken—or Simply Under-Resourced?
Discover which biological foundations may be quietly affecting your energy, sleep, cravings, mood, recovery and mental clarity—and what to rebuild first.
You may already know that you should eat better, move more, sleep properly and manage stress. But knowing is not always the problem.
When the body is under-slept, under-nourished, sedentary, overstimulated or constantly operating under pressure, healthy behaviour becomes harder to sustain. What feels like a motivation problem may sometimes be a resourcing problem.
This five-minute scorecard will help you identify:
- which foundations are already supporting you
- where your body may be compensating
- which area may be quietly affecting everything else
- what to rebuild first
How to complete the scorecard
Think about your typical experience during the past two weeks. For each statement, choose the answer that feels most accurate—honestly, rather than the answer you think you should give.
There are no perfect scores and no judgement. The aim is to discover where better support may make the greatest difference.
This is not a diagnosis or medical assessment. It is a practical wellbeing tool. Takes about five minutes.
